The request send by the IP address 131.247.95.216 in frame 11 using TCP protocol fails to reach to the destination address 64.233.161.99. After failing to reach the packet in the IP 64.233.161.99 the IP address 131.247.95.216 sends the packet to the IP address 64.233.161.99 using the HTTP protocol in frame 12. This action is been performed by itself and user has performing no action. In action what we can notice that the IP 131.247.95.216 tries to perform under the secure communication in frame 11 after failing to perform the secure communication in frame 11 it use the alternate method to get success by using HTTP protocol which is the web based communication in frame 12.
